William is the Co-Owner and Lead Technician at 423 LOST-KEY. With a passion for staying up to date on industry advancements, he provides expert technical support to our field technicians and often steps in to run jobs himself. As our lead trainer, William plays a crucial role in preparing new team members to meet our high standards. Want to serve our customers? You’ll need to go through William first. Joshua is one of our busiest and most dedicated technicians, spending his days on the road delivering top-notch customer service paired with exceptional locksmithing skills.
